My reason for not taking this particular supplement along with everything else I am already taking is that I don’t want to exceed the safe upper limits of nutrients. I might take it, however, if I can be convinced that this supplement can be consumed without exceeding those limits.

It’s a food, there is not high levels of nutrients that will build up and be toxic to you like say a vitamin or mineral supplement. The ingrediants are probably better absorbed but in lower quality, and probably work alot better than vitamins. I don’t think you will exceed anything by taking this, the food vitamins and minerals in this are not synthetic and it’s non toxic. Read up on it more, it can replace alot of things you take already and save you some money.

Recently, many studies, mainly translated from Japanese, have been very supportive of chlorella for use as a preventative superfood in those who have high risk lifestyles for serious disease (which includes most of you reading this!). These risks include POOR NUTRITION, which almost everyone, regardless of income, even children, are now experiencing due to the push of processed and pasteurized foods into our lives. These may save or improve your life! I know it sounds dramatic, but …it’s true!

Avelvy is right – it has a detoxifying effect, and supplies your body with what it needs to curb cravings, and reduces bad cholesterol, among other things!

These articles can be found using most large university or college databases if you have access, or through pubic libraries.

Actually, people (especially men) should be a bit careful when taking very large doses, because of the great amount of iron they would be getting from it.
