What are some calming herbal teas/health supplements for calming the mind and relieving stress?
I need something natural and healthy as well as safe,something that doesn’t contain ginger (makes me jittery,and sick to my stomach).I’m genrerally very emotionally reactive and lately I’ve been encountering more and more stress and tension than usual.Thanks!

I was looking for the same thing, I find that lavendar helps. I also looked through the teas at the grocery store and found a Celestial Seasonings one for "sleepytime". It doesn’t make me sleep per se, but it IS calming. I can’t remember if that’s the exact name, but it contains "tilia flower" as a calming agent. And no caffiene, of course
